School Holiday - Friday, April 18th
CSISD schools will not be in session tomorrow, April 18th. Classes will resume on Monday, April 21st.
Spring Picture Day Information
Spring picture day is Thursday, April 17, during English classes. These pictures will be on proof, so you do not need a check or envelope on picture day. Pictures can be ordered when proofs are sent home.

Dual Credit Meetings
For those students who have signed up for Dual Credit courses (English, Government, and Economics), there will be an informational meeting on Monday, April 7th during Advocates in the LGI. A parent meeting will be held the same evening at 5:30 pm. Paperwork will be distributed.
Strutter Profit Share
On Thursday, April 3rd from 5-8pm at the Tower Point McDonald's in College Station by HEB, the Strutters will have a profit share. Come on by, drive through or dine in, and support your favorite dance team.
Brazos Valley Reads Author visits CSHS

Brazos Valley Reads Author visits CSHS Brazos Valley Reads author, Julia Alvarez, met with students from College Station High School's Book Club, yearbook and newspaper classes to discuss her book In the Time of the Butterflies. Students read Alvarez's book and were honored to have the opportunity to ask her questions in person. Brazos Valley Reads is sponsored by the Texas A&M English Department.
FFA Members Win Big at Livestock Show

FFA Members Win Big at Livestock Show This past week, 12 College Station FFA members competed in the 58th Annual Brazos County Youth Livestock Show held at the Expo Center.

After raising and caring for livestock for several months, or preparing horticultural or consumer science projects, members who earned top placings participated in a live auction Saturday evening.

Together, these students earned over $17,000 for their hard work.
