Congratulations to the members of the CSHS Cougar Band for making the TMEA (Texas Music Educators Association) Region 8 Bands. CSHS had a total of 50 students earn a spot in one of the region bands. This is a record number for CSHS and we also had the honor of having the most students earn a spot from any one school out of all the other schools who auditioned. In addition to this great news, many of our students earned an audition spot for the area audition which will take place on January 7th. The area audition is what will earn them a spot in one of the Texas All-State Bands. Congratulations Cougars!

Campus will be closed to visitors until that time. We will be on an alternate bell schedule for the day to accommodate testing.
